Anne’s View 2018-12 Adios

This is what happens to you after spending three full days with Dali!!

It was sad leaving Spain and Figueres but we needed a rest before continuing with the journey home!! So we drove back north to France and “our house” at Sarlat. We spent 6 wonderful relaxing days in the very warm weather and doing a little more sight seeing. My favorite was a fortified cathedral that was part of an abbey started in 1130. Just amazing what you can find in that part of France —it is definitely our favorite part. Robert will expound on this.

Then it was a two day drive to Milano for more rest and a little more sight seeing which turned into no sightseeing because of RAIN and lots of it!! But at this point that is fine—we are very tired. We were so lucky with the weather on this trip—only three days of rain, one at the beginning and the 2 at the end.
