After flying into Munich on 4 September, we’ll be making a couple short stops in Germany on our way to the Alsace region of France. From there we’ll head to the picturesque village of Noyers-sur-Serein in the heart of Provence before heading to the Loire Valley to visit some more Chateaux. Then it’s on to Sarlat-la-Caneda in the heart of the Dordogne river valley for a two week stay in a lovingly restored French farmhouse built in 1694 and still in the same family. Finally, it’s off to Lourdes for our final stop in France in September before heading across the border to Spain. More on that later.
The first part of our October excursion into Spain has been added. We’re doing this more as we go so will provide updates as we go along.
